What is the appropriate attire at Broadway Palm?

We suggest attire that is appropriate for an evening out to a nice dinner.  Long pants and collared shirts are recommended for gentlemen.  Jackets and ties are not required.

What are the show times?

Matinees begin at 11:45 a.m. for lunch and the show begins at 1:15 p.m., Evenings begin at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and the show begins at 8:00 p.m., Sunday Twilights begin at 5:30 p.m. for dinner and the show begins at 7:00 p.m.  For more details go to our box office link.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can you hold reservations while I check with others to see if they want to join us?
Seats can not be held without a reservation. We recommend that you make the reservation for the most people that may be in your party. You can always change the number two weeks prior to the performance date.

Can I pay by check for my reservations?
You can pay by check as long as it is received one week prior to the performance date.

Do you mail the tickets or do they need to be picked up at the Will Call office?
All tickets are mailed directly to you unless the reservation is made or the payment is received one week prior to the performance or you request that it be held at the box office.

Do you have "Show Only" tickets?
Yes, we have 68 Show Only seats available. There are theatre-style seats in the rear of the theatre. The show only seats are all elevated.  If you have show only seating, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to show time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted 48 hours in advance for a refund and by noon the day of the performance for a raincheck. There are no refunds for cancellations after noon or at the box office the day of the performance. Cancellations must be made by 10:00 a.m. for matinee shows.

Are you wheelchair and handicap accessible?
There are five levels to the theatre that are completely ramped for easy access.  We also have host and wait staff available to assist with buffet needs.  Please let the box office know your special requirements when ordering tickets.

Are there any charges for ordering tickets online?
Yes, there is a $3 service fee per ticket when making reservations online.
