CHARLES DICKENS’ FAMOUS TALE, “A CHRISTMAS CAROL”, COMES TO BROADWAY PALM!

Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre welcomes the holidays with one of the most beloved stories, Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, playing November 19 through December 26, 2009.  From a grouchy humbug to a lovable softie, the story of Ebenezer Scrooge gives hope in the power of love and the spirit of Christmas.  This classic story captures the essence of the holidays and is perfect entertainment for the entire family.

Miserable old Ebenezer Scrooge welcomes Christmas Day with his very familiar “Bah Humbug!” although this year might be a little different.  On Christmas Eve, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Future pay a visit to Scrooge to show him cheerful memories from his past, cruel realities from his present and the very likely future should Scrooge continue his bad tempered ways.  Scrooge learns important lessons about his impact on the lives of others, especially Bob Cratchit and his crippled son, Tiny Tim, who are poor in material things but rich in their love.

Bring the whole family for the beloved holiday tale, A Christmas Carol, playing November 19 through December 26, 2009 at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre.  Performances are Tuesday through Sunday evenings with selected matinees. Ticket prices range from $27 to $53 with group discounts available for parties of 20 or more. Broadway Palm is the perfect setting for holiday parties and family gatherings.  Tickets are now on sale and can be reserved by calling (239) 278-4422, by visiting www.BroadwayPalm.com, or by stopping by the box office at 1380 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.
