Broadway Palm is proud to present Master Classes with our professional actors and/or directors/choreographers. We’ll offer these special classes throughout the year you will have the opportunity to learn choreography right from the show, audition techniques, improv/comedy, stage combat and more.

Audition Workshop

Join Katherine Walker Hill and Troy Bruchwalski from the cast of Grumpy Old Men as they discuss the ins and outs of auditioning for musical theatre. Bring a 16 bar cut and work on vocal and performance techniques to make your audition the best it can be! Work on cold readings and learn tips and tricks from these veterans of touring and regional shows. Age range 12 – 18. 20 student maximum. Musical Theatre Minis Class

Looking for something for younger students?? We got you covered! Join Maureen O’Hara from the cast of Grumpy Old Men as she teaches Musical Theatre Minis. A class for the youngest stars of the stage! Wear your favorite outfit to move in, and your jazz shoes or gym shoes. During this class students will learn a song and dance from a hit Broadway musical! INSTRUCTOR BIOS

Katherine Walker Hill graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from Webster Conservatory. Since then, she has enjoyed performing regionally all over the country. Most recently she played “Glinda” in the National and International tour of THE WIZARD OF OZ which took her to China, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. She is beyond happy to back state side performing alongside her husband, Troy, here at the Broadway Palm!

Troy Bruchwalski is grateful to be at Broadway Palm after an eventful year. He married his beautiful wife Kat, earned ISSA certifications as nutrition coach/personal trainer, toured the U.S. with Spamalot and The Wizard of Oz, and toured internationally with The Wizard of Oz through China, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Troy sends eternal love to Kat and unending gratitude to his Prather family.

Maureen O’Hara hails from Chicago, Illinois. She is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with her BFA in Musical Theatre. Maureen was recently in NYC as an emerging artist in residence at Open Jar Studios on Broadway. She has previously been seen on stage as Violet in 9 to 5, Kate Keller in All My Sons, Paulette in Legally Blonde and Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray. She is thrilled to be making her Broadway Palm Debut this season.
