Kobe Velez (Toto) is a 3 year old Yorkie. He was born with very dark fluffy coat and lots of energy. He was named “Kobe” after the great Basketball player, Kobe Bryant. His parents were amazed when after his first grooming, his coat color changed. He enjoys belly rubs, toy tossing, and playing with his dog friends.
